The Hunter... ess?

Or hey, the "cyborg uber-ranger" (minus all that nature mumbo-jumbo). A cold and unfeeling killer, she prefers to use her sniper rifle - picking off targets from afar. Part-vixen, part-machine, she is one gila-babi-nasty long-range killer, but by no means does that mean that she's a freefrag up close. A master of a variety of top-of-the-line ranged weapons (including short-ranged ones - pistols, shotguns, etc), she is just plain nasty.

Designed to search and destroy, the hunter is decked out with high-tech equipment as well as scout/guardian drones - compact little UAVs that help her detect and disable baddies, or even cover her flanks.

Here's some backstory:

Female assassins are far more common than their male counterparts in 'Nihon' (That name is a WIP) and they are frequently used to take out political targets - putting their "charms" to good use. They rarely survive their initial missions, but those who do are transferred to the military and made into field assassins or designated snipers. Of these who are injured, disabled, or even killed during missions are patched back up and/or upgraded and sent back into the field. Very little is wasted in the energy-efficient Island Nation of Nihon.
